Calm your Child's Nerves before a Test

From the wonderful team at Great Schools Org comes this short video on a couple of techniques to help your child with test anxiety.

The first exercise talks about writing out your subconscious, all your thoughts, test, school related and everything else that is on your mind. Really similar to the method described in the Artist's Way, it helps clear your head.

And the second is a mind mad to visually remind children how small a part of their lives this test really is. 

These are great tips as we often get parents in the store sharing some of the anxiety kid's feel as they prep for the tests as school.
