Happy World Health Day!

Today is National Health Day serving as a gentle reminder to look after ourselves. Every now and then we need to take a step back and check in on ourselves. With life being so busy we sometimes forget to look after ourselves. Maybe it's a little more nature or exercise, but we could all probably use some time chilling out.
Spring has spring and longer days bring a new sense of possibility. Suddenly fitting in a visit to the park after work and before dinner seems doable. We're feeling inspired to get out more and make use of the lovely weather. Heres a link to outdoor toys that make us want to get outside and play, plus a few our favourites, including the Mover which is just like a Fitbit for kids:
But if you're having hard time this spring, know that you are not alone. Depression and post natal depression after us all but rest assured there are some great resources online like this great article from Mumsnet, that offer tips on how improve your mood. But most importantly theres no such thing as a perfect mum, so don't beat yourself up about that. Happy spring and World Health Day everyone!
