ABOUT the product

Pick up the last one of these gorgeous dresses, size 12M, before it's gone!

This dress comes in the most gorgeous print, custom design by Siaomimi, it features a paisley of sorts of little girls linked up holding hands. It's absolutely adorable. We also love the exposed zipper down the back, the ribbon along the waist to cinch the waist and the twirly skirt. Makes it a great birthday party dress. But your little one will like it so much she'll want to wear it all the time!

ABOUT the designer

Behind Siaomimi is Hilda Yim, a graduate of the prestigious Parsons School of Design. Hilda began as a designer for women's clothing and made a name for herself working for Anna Sui and DKNY. Later she moved back home to Hong Kong, where her own womenswear label Shopaholic gained notoriety for it's clever cuts and fabulous textiles, it was sold in high end boutiques like Barneys New York and Spick and Span in Tokyo. When Hilda gave birth to a little girl Charisse in 2006, she was so inspired by motherhood that she turned her expert hand to designing childrenswear. Charisse's nickname was 'Siaomimi". Siaomimi was given by her first Chinese nanny who couldn't pronounce Charisse properly. Everyone loved the sound of Siaomimi and has been calling her that ever since. Hilda's collection reveals the quality of children's innocence and simplicity, but yet with strong individual character. All the prints are inspired by her childhood memories and are exclusively hand blocked printed for the collection. She also loves creating nice subtle details in her designs, like applying handmade or crafty work. Quality is also very important to the collection, only the finest materials are used.
