Standard Rates apply to packages weighing under 4lbs. Bulky Packages are heavier than 4lbs and lighter than 10lbs. Extra Large Packages are those that weigh more than 10lbs.

Goods are mostly dispatched by British Royal Mail, within 24-48 hours of receipt. We do also use Fedex, CollectPlus and myHermes. Once the items are passed on to the couriers, they are responsible for delivery.
We do everything we can to keep our inventory up to date but from time to time an item may be on backorder or unavailable. On these occasions we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date, offer you the option of cancelling or suggest a similar alternative.
While every effort is made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability.
Whenever possible we recycle previously used boxes.
We unfortunately can't be held responsible for any delays or charges caused or incurred by Customs & Duties.
Returns quick & fuss-free
We think you'll love your purchases but if you don't, you can return the unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt.
We like to stand by the quality of our toys so if you receive a faulty item please do get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.
If the item has been opened but is unused you may be able to return it to us in exchange for a credit note but a restocking fee will be charged. These cases will be handled on a per customer basis.
Please note that all items bought on sale or with discount are final. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that shipping costs can only be refunded if the item is faulty. Once we receive the return, your purchase amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Cancellation policy
Please note if your order has already shipped we cannot cancel the order and refund you as the item is out for delivery. Once you receive the item you may return it to us by post, we would then be happy to process a refund.
For special orders where we invest time and effort before the cancellation request, there may be a discretionary fee to cover our costs.
